Where are the best places to watch the parades in and out of the parks. Is one way better than the other and why. we will be there Dec. 23-27. Thanks.

For the MK, we like going to Frontierland for the second parade. We're night owls, so we don't mind waiting for the second parade. The crowd doesn't seem as pushy on this side of the park. There's also a different atmosphere on that side - the lamps flicker, the old time feeling.

Hope you have a good time. We'll be there too at the same time. :cool1:

You can't watch a parade outside of the parks, except for the Electric Water Parade on the Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake. The Polynesian beach is supposed to be reserved for the guests of the Polynesian. You can see it from the beach at Fort Wilderness.

I would have to say that my choice for the parades around that time is the spot where Frontierland and Adventureland meet (not by Splash Mountain, it's a covered walkway). Either way you're going to run into crowds, but this way you'll be a little higher than everyone else. Plus there are wooden railings that you can sit on.
