DF (Disney Friend) and I are headed to WDW next February for the Enchanted 10 and Disney Half, and we'll be staying the week after as well. We visit DLR regularly, but we're not as familar with WDW.
We know we need to make dining plans in advance, but it's a bit difficult deciding on restaurants so far out! Added to the difficulties is that I'm mostly vegetarian (no actual meat, but I don't care about what's in the broth, and I treat myself to a piece of bacon from time to time).
Both of us prefer at least one sit-down meal a day: someplace reasonably nice, not too loud, and with good service. Civilized, as we like to say. We're not picky about types of food (except the veg thing), but don't care for buffets or "interactive" dining experiences. I'll happily make a meal of side dishes, and I'm not the type that demands something special be made off-menu.
I've done some research on best restaurants/dishes for vegetarians, but they all list the same few things over and over. Given that we're going to be there for a full week, we need more options!
