Feel free to email us at sales@dvcstore.com with your first and last name and we can add you to our distribution list so when new listings become available you will be notified. Of course, if you have any questions we can answer those for you as well.
Good luck in your search for the right DVC property.
We did two resales with TSS since March - one pre-3/20 and one since then. I liked that when I called, we got to speak to someone who knew what was going on, even if my sales representative was not available. The closing company that they work with (Magic Vacation Title) is excellent as well. With both purchases the contract closed within 3-4 days of sending our final payment.
There are some other re-sellers who have fairly good inventories, so sometimes you have to use someone else to get what you want. I have not used any of the others, but I have seen good things and bad things about them. I don't think I have seen anything negative about TSS.
I will definitely use them again (if I can find more dispensable income laying around here).
We just closed on our third contract bought through The Timeshare Store (31 days start to finish.)
They are very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and make the whole process very easy.
I have bought and sold through the TSS and they were great. I am in the process of buying and selling through another one of the main DVC brokers and so far, things are going smoothly.
We recently closed on a BLT add on (maybe a month ago) with **** at DVCResales, and he was fabulous. I could not have asked for better service- very professional and responsive. In fact, I just put in another offer with him on Friday for another BLT contract! I would not hesitate to use DVCResales. They seem to have their acts together!
Have bought twice thru dvcresales and must agree that although some people have had trouble with Fidelity being slow to respond (I didn't have that problem but have read that others have) their selection is the best overall. Also bought thru dvcbyresale.com and Shontell was great!
One thing to keep in mind when buying a timeshare resale is to make sure you have an agent or company that regularly deals with the property you are interested in. It helps when the agent is knowledgeable about the rules of the timeshare, such as ROFR by Disney for DVC and the change Disney made in spring 2011 (I think that was when it became effective) for points bought resale being somewhat restricted in their use.
