What would be a great place to eat Thanksgiving dinner????
All info appreciated :goodvibes

If you want Thankgiving type foods, LTT would be the perfect place!! I know that dinner is also a character meal!

We went for Thanksgiving in '06 and loved it. As it gets closer, I'm sure there will be a thread about it, but I was advised by many to stay away from the MK. It will get packed. We started out in AK, and then headed to Epcot and ate in Cananda, Le Cellier. They were serving a traditional (American) Thanksgiving meal. Make your reservations as soon as you can. I think I made mine in May. There are lot of great choices, and if you look up the menus from the restaurants, you will see that many of them will serve traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We like Le Cellier. My children (DS 14 & DS11) are pickey eaters and they always find something they like. Thanksgiving week was one of my favorite choices. Have a great time.

Liberty Tree Tavern is by far the best to have Thanksgiving dinner at. The traditional turkey, dressing, mashed potatos comfort foods are great! The character interaction is also very good. No matter when we go, LTT is always on our list to eat at.

We were at MK for Thanksgiving '05. We had been advised by many on the boards to eat at LTT for Turkey Day, however, we couldn't get an ADR. And we were on the phone at 6:59 am on arrival day T-minus 180. We were able to get in at Crystal Palace, which had a lovely Thanksgiving spread with the usual trimmings, some done with a unique twist. It was a good second choice. We did not feel that the park was exceptionally crowded that day.

Thanks for all of your great insight...We just want to decide so when the time comes to book our ADR we will be ready!:thumbsup2

We have done Crystal Palace the last two years and really enjoyed both the food and atmosphere.

We spent THankgiving '03, '04, and '05 at WDW. It was our experience that just about EVERY restaurant on site offered a "traditional Thanksgiving meal" on Thanksgiving---even Akerhus (Norway) at Epcot. Also, most of the resort hotel food courts do as well.:cool1:

I did see that alot of the resorts offer Thanksgiving type meals, so I think we will go to 1900 Park Fare at GF.
What was your experience in staying over Thanksgiving?? Crowded/dining/ etc...Thanks!

I would like to hear someone's experience with Thanksgiving Day and the crowds, etc. We WANT to be in MK that day!! Are we nuts???:rotfl:
