Best pizza

We just had pepperoni, but it was the large size.
We had the same thing 2 trips ago, and it was perfect, so I guess it was just an off day/ meal.
In that case, im wondering if it just wasn't cooked as long as the first time you had it. That could make a huge difference.

We thought the pizza at Pizzafari at AK was pretty good when we did the special dinner thing they have there now (you make a reservation and get pizza, salad, pasta, etc).

This is probably weird, but the pizza at the MCO food court was some of the best pizza I have ever had! I don’t know if it’s because I was overly hungry and tired, but it was seriously delicious!

Can I ask you about the family dining at Pizzafari. I am taking my family of 5 (3 high school boys) in 2 weeks. Did you feel like you got enough food? How many pieces of pizza each?

There were 3 of us and it was plenty of food. We got a whole large pizza, 2 different salads, 2 pasta dishes, and dessert (I think that was it!) We didn’t finish it all, it was so much food!

Chicago pizza isn't pizza. It's a casserole.

Being from Chicago I would have to agree with you. I'd go as far as to say most of us don't recommend deep dish to anyone as we all mostly prefer thin crust.

But....oh my god Lou Malnati's sausage pizza (patty, not crumbles) with a butter crust. I could cry while eating it, it's so good.

I mean, yeah, that looks delicious. I'd tear that up. It reminds me of lasagna, though...

My best friend lives in Chicago and only eats Chicago "pizza" when people visit from out of town and they want it.

I absolutely loved the chicken and mushroom pizza at Gasparilla Grill at the Grand Floridian. It was so good. It was garlicy and not too doughy and the cheese was really good. I was very surprised as I normally don't like QS pizza at all.

Flatbreads at Pinocchio Haus was pretty good last time we ate there. Other than that, I haven't had good pizza anywhere in Disney except Via Napoli, which was pretty good. Toy Story Pizza Planet (before it closed) was about the worst pizza I've had anywhere, including frozen and cooked in my oven.

Is that at DS location just past Earl of Sandwich?

Also like the Pizza Ponte at DS close to the Aerophile Balloon in sky?

I disagree to some extent. As with anything there is good and bad deep dish. Try a Ginos it doesn’t have the same casserole experience. Also everyone assumes that Chicago doesn’t have good pizza outside of deep dish. Quite untrue.
