I'm interested in your best photo ops! With only one day in the park, I'd like to have an idea of your favorite photo locations, character interactions or parade location! Thanks!!!

For someone with 1 day in the park a couple of the good "photo ops" if you don't have express passes occur right in line for Spiderman, Gringotts, and Sneeches.

Since they happen in line there is no waiting. On the downside, they are green screen so you need to buy the pictures.

In the meet and greet, even as an adult, I liked meeting Transformers, Shrek and Donkey, Spiderman, and Minions.

If you buy the photo pass, are the photos included or would you still have to buy them separately? Also, we are going to stay on site, so we will have express pass. If you use express pass, will you miss the photo op?

Thanks for the info!

If you see Bumblebee from Transformers, get in line for a pic! His song choices and dances are great.

We love photos in the comic strip area. There are a ton of photo ops there. It's very colorful and there are "thought bubbles" you can stand under as well. If you like characters we had better luck in the studios side. My favorites were Woody Woodpecker and Lucy. Woody danced me around and kissed my hand and made my husband take about 6 different pictures of the two of us posing. Lucy and Ricky were fun. Being I am a red head she made sure to point that out before the photo! We also enjoyed Scooby Doo and Doc Brown from Back to the Future.

If you're over in the Marvel area, they have characters come out every so often- I saw Spider-Man, Wolverine, Doctor Doom, and the Green Goblin.

In Suessland we saw the Grinch, the Cat in the Hat, and the Things.

When we went, at the end of the Shrek ride you could get pics with Shrek and human Princess Fiona, and at the end of Minions there was a Minion character to pose with.

There was the driver of the Knight Bus, and the Hogwarts Express Conductor, and you can get close to one of the bankers in Gringott's in one area.

I know there were more, but over two days we didn't get very far.

If you buy the photo connect (photo pass), it includes all the downloads of the photos taken of you, even ride photos. Once you have them saved on your computer/smart phone, you can have the printed wherever you prefer. I do believe you can a free print in the parks but someone else might be able to explain that better. We do have the annual photo connect that we bought with our annual passes but even without it, we would purchase it everytime. The ride photos alone make it worth it for us. This past trip, we found more photographers than on other trips.

As for photo ops, I totally recommend the raptor encounter. And Spiderman is pretty cool. I also have strange kids who like to pose in the test seats for some of the rides. In Toon Lagoon, we had one thought bubble we always take my oldest daughters picture under.
