Best misting fan to clip on Strollers

We will be traveling in June with our DD, DSIL, DGS 2yrs, DS, DDIL and DGS 8 months. (DD and DSIL are teachers) We know it will be hot!!!!! What are the best misting fans that can clip onto the strollers and where can you get them? TIA

I just checked and there's one at Walmart Kel-gar keep cool attachable pinwheel fan for $9.67. I thought we got ours at ToysRus, but I don't see it on their website. Honestly they have them at Disney, but it was pricey! Be sure to bring a small screwdriver and extra batteries because you'll burn through the batteries fast!
