I love the "Frunch" at Boma - but was told it had changed and now it is simply a guava-berry juice(or something like that). For the most part, I found the breakfast to be a pretty standard american-style breakfast (eggs, waffles, french toast). If I recall correctly, I think they had a cinnamon raisen french toast that was really good. They also had carved roast pork and ham.
The Boma buffet got me hooked on Quinoa - a high protein grain which is prepared similar to oatmeal (and prepared like rice with the same 2-1 ratio of water to Quinoa).
