When I ask for fresh I mean with fresh greens and food prepared with limited sauces that can easily be removed from the dish to reveal just fresh cooked unseasoned veggies and meats, on my last trip this was really tough to find. I need to limit my sodium so fresh and unprocessed is super important.
We are coming to the area in a few weeks and while I opted out of the parks and resorts for our family I was thinking we might like to do some healthy and hopefully high end dining on property. I am in the process of researching and making reservations.
Specifically I was looking at someplace in the Boardwalk - Yacht club/Beach Club boat adjacent area so we can eat and wander around with a nice family walk in the evening.
Second area we would like to visit is the Disney Springs area, same goals to eat then wander around and maybe catch some live music like we saw last year, maybe grab a water taxi that looked like so much fun.
The third free evening could be a repeat of one of these areas or a totally different visit to maybe one of the other resorts or timeshares.
Anyone have any favorites so I can look up the menu and photos?
