Best family board games/wii ??

Can someone tell me about You've Been Sentenced? We are a family with older teens and love games like Would You Rather and Loaded Questions. Would this be a game for us with our adult ages?

We played a new game with friends last weekend called DiscomBOBulation. Lots of fun, we had ages 12 and up but I think it would be good for as young as 9 or 10.
Once we had one round under our belts, the next were a lot easier to understand. The game had us all laughing.
I am looking to pick it up for my family as a gift.

Others we like are Balderdash, Scene It, and Apples to Apples. My brother keeps recommending we get Settlers of Katan, which is a game played by our friends as well. They love it.

and for the wii we like Wii Party

A couple other games I haven't seen mentioned that are favorites at our house are Taboo and Phase 10.

We also like Scattergories, Catch Phrase, Cranium and Tripoly. We love playing games. Pinochle is our "family game" but wouldn't recommend if you don't want to spend a bit of time explaining the rules and learning the game. The others are easy for anyone to join in and play with little instruction.
