The Official Riviera Owners & Info Thread


I think its hard to guess because Disney maybe doesnt even know yet. If these incentives dont drive sales I do think its possible for a better one down the line but I feel like not right after this one. I feel like they want to catch us off guard and maybe would save that for after a price raise
 
Is there a specific email address for Riviera bell services or at least a generic one for the Riviera. I ordered a package to be delivered to my room from an address in the US, delivery was supposed to take 4 days and as I was staying for 14 nights thought it would be fine. Due to apparent delays the package only arrived the day after I checked out and flew home to Scotland 🙈. I called initially and was told that on these occasions the package would be returned to sender. I was not overly convinced by his response to be honest and the sender insists it has never been returned to him.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I don’t know there is anything other than the main address.

But, you might be better off talking with the hotels division because my thought is that they have a centralized system in place?

It’s possible they also have a certain number of days they hold it before sending it back?
