Best Disney Breakfast Buffet Recommendation?

Our favorite is Chef Mickey's. We try to get there every trip.

We would only consider a breakfast buffet in the park we are going if we can be done by 8:45AM. This is just us. If we are eating and rope drop has already occurred, the herds are let loose and the lines are longer when we do finally get out. If it were me, I would look to do an early lunch or late breakfast. It is a lot of food and you have dinner ADRs to boot.

my first several meals on my last trip were:
Skipper Canteen lunch
Sanaa dinner
TH breakfast
Y&Y Dinner

all kind of similar ethnic profiles. It wasn't too much. Boma breakfast is fairly different from tusker house IMO or maybe I just ate different things.
