We will be staying at Fort Wilderness Campground and will eat the majority of our meals at our site. We are big lovers of dessert and instead of bringing cookies and brownies from home, we thought it would be fun to go to different resorts to sample their best desserts.

Any suggestions?

We have always loved the magic bars at Wilderness Lodge’s Roaring Forks! On our recent spring break trip, we stopped by Wilderness Lodge to see if they still sold them? Sure enough, they do! Sooooo good, and close to where you guys are staying! :)

The dessert changes seasonally at the Garden View tea, but they have at times had great tiramisu. There are also seasonal cupcakes at Contempo Cafe. Boma has zebra domes, and other good desserts that change throughout the week.

Peanut butter brownie at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

I haven't tried any of the cupcakes from Roaring Fork at Wilderness Lodge, but it is on my list to do! Since you are at Fort Wilderness, you can take the boat or walk on over and check them out! I like the looks of the campfire cupcake and the maple bacon doughnut...

Not at a resort, but I love the mango pie from Yak & Yeti in Animal Kingdom. You can walk in and order it at the bar. We get it to go and enjoy it in the park!

oh my goodness, y'all have been wonderful in your suggestions. thanks for the pics too. we will definitely leave room for dessert following our campsite supper. (or maybe just skip the supper and go for the dessert :yay: )

any more ideas out there? isnt there someplace that we can get the Ohana bread pudding outside of Ohana?

You can go to Raglan Road and have their bread pudding at the bar!

That’s my hands down favorite, comes with not one but 2 sauces. It’s moist, full of buttery goodness! Ger’s Bread & Butter Pudding! And on the other flavor spectrum, their chocolaty Dunbrody Kiss is pretty awesome too!

This is the only place you can get this bar, right? I am dying for one, but not sure my family wants to get dragged over there just for a snack.
