Best day to return home (by car) Sunday or Monday?

What's is going to be the best day, traffic wise, to start a return trip, late April/early May, from Orlando up I-4 to I-95 into the Carolinas, Sunday or Monday?

I've driven into big cities on both days and find Sundays at the earliest AM possible is the best time to head out.Monday mornings are jammed with commuters going to work and buses,exc,exc.....
I find Sundays are pretty quiet if you leave around 5am(yawn)....Traffic doesn't pick up until around 11am.At least that's my experience.
Maybe someone else has had a different experience????
