Best Day of the Week for Universal Studios

My family and I will be in Orlando from May 13th to May 21st. We are planning at least one day at WDW (probably MK), one day at a water park (probably TL) and one day at Universal Studios. What is the best day (i.e. least crowded day!) of the week to do Universal Studios?

mon, tue, or wed. the crowds pick up later in the week and the school field trips are usually on fridays.

Sundays are good also except on a holiday weekend.

From what I've heard, most people start their Disney trip at the MK on Monday. They fly in on the weekend, and the MK is the first park they hit.
Therefore, I'd go to USF on Monday.

Is Easter Sunday a bad day to visit US or IOA?

I suspect it will be crowded with Easter holiday crowds and Spring break crowds. It won't be as crowded as Magic Kingdom though.
