Best Crowd Predictor?

We are going to Disney the second week in August and I'm trying to plan dinner reservations and what day we'll be in which parks. I've looked at both Touring Plans and Easy WDW and the recommended parks and crowd calendars differ. Which have you found to be the most accurate?

I like that Josh (the guy who writes easyWDW) gives explanations for why he recommends or doesn't recommend a particular park on a particular day, especially since his reasoning makes sense to me.

I built my plans using easywdw recommendations for park selection and then made touring plans with the touringplans app. Seems impossible to get all than done, but we'll see! My youngest would really like to avoid that 7am EMH, which we'll do if those plans work like they're supposed to.
