Best Concert?

Aerosmith with Kid Rock and Run/DMC opening. Totally rocked, especially when they all performed Walk This Way together.

Ok I have only seen 3 concerts. So out of those three I would have to say my favorite is when I saw Bad Company & Damn Yankees in '91

back in the day, I loved to go to the little quaint places that south side johnny had concerts at, he rocked the place down

I've seen him at The Stone Pony. Used to go hoping his buddy Bruce would show up, which he used to but never when I was there.

Mary Chapin Carpenter, Shawn Colvin, Patty Griffin, Dar Williams. They did a 4 woman show in small venues. I'm a big Patty Griffin and Dar Williams fan so seeing them with the others was amazing.

I had front row seats for the Barenaked Ladies in 2000. It was a really fun concert and fantastic to see them from the front row.

I also saw Peter Frampton in concert back in 1976 just after Frampton Comes Alive was released. I saw Queen back in 1976 also. Back in high school I used to see a lot of concerts.

I am so jealous! So, I'd have been 11 then, but still.. that must have been some concert!

My favorite concert was Meatloaf at Rocky Glen Park in the early 80s. It was a smallish venue and he was in his prime.

I went to the Allentown Fairgrounds to see 38 Special and they were awful, but Night Ranger opened for them and they were outstanding.

My favorite mellow concert was George Winston. He played from the inside of the piano, plucking at the strings for one song. WOW!

Heart also put on a great show.

I'm jealous, that is one concert this year I have wanted to go but wasn't close to me.

Now favorite concert, hmm that's a hard one! I can't choose.

Rascal Flatts put on an amazing show, so does Chuck Wicks, Josh Kelley.

I haven't been to too many concerts - I've been to mostly radio station concerts or the American Idol tours, but I've also seen the Spice Girls, Clay Aiken, Kelly Clarkson and Clay Aiken, Ricky Martin (yup, my first concert in June 2000 haha), Linda Eder, Kristin Chenoweth and Billy Gillman. My favorites:
1. Spice Girls (Reunion Tour the other day)
2. Kelly Clarkson
3. Kristin Chenoweth

And on the Idol tours, Carrie Underwood and Diana DeGarmo were incredible!

I have to add one more -- DW Lauri and I saw Duran Duran a couple of years ago. It was a great concert, but what made it special was that for a couple of hours, DW Lauri felt like her old pain-free self.

I have seen alot of concerts in my day. My top three ,well top four
Scorpions, Metallica, Def leppard and Elton Johon. I also enjoyed Damn Yankees and Bad Co that another poster listed

I've only been to three concerts. Def Leppard 88', Garth Brooks about 95' and Martina McBride 98'. The first two were a blast.
I can't wait for Rascal Flatts to come somewhere near us so I can take my girls who are huge fans..
