Best, cleanest building at the Poly?

Starting to plan for 2005 trip, and I've heard so many good (and bad) things about Poly, that I'm finally going to have to try it for myself!

It seems I should stay near the GCH (based on posts) but I want to be sure and have a recently renovated room (I hear this is going on now). Anyone know which rooms will most likely be in great condition? I am very concerned w/the reports I've read about mold and other housekeeping issues. I am hoping to get a room that is on the level, in terms of condition, with the other deluxes I've frequented (Yacht Club, Boardwalk, AKL, GF, WL). Any tips?

We were in Fiji and they looked great and smelled fine. I think I read it was redone in 02. Close to the GCH and pools. Great views on both sides.
