Best breakfast buffet ???

We love Chef Mickey's how does the Donald @AK, Crystal Palace, and Boma compare to it. We mainly like Chef Mickey's because of the variety of foods offered it also seems we have a hard time finding Biscuits and gravy at other places. We also tried 1900 Park Fare last time I think that's the one is that at the GF?

Does Boma have American fare for breakfast as well as African stuff??

I'm looking for a good place for us to have breakfast on our last day at WDW... we have no plan for that day, except go to our favourite park for the few hours we have (which we don't know yet, as we've never been!), and we can go anywhere as we'll be checking in at DTD at 8am.....

At the moment I have Boma down - but we are already eating dinner at Boma. Of the other suggestions, I have dinner down at Crystal Palace, and Cape May Cafe, and breakfast down at 1900 Park Fare, and don't really want to eat anywhere twice...

The best breakfast buffet = 1900 Park Fare

The best place to sit and have breakfast is Kona Cafe at the Poly.

me and my little brother are going to eat at CP when we go to disney in a month. The pictures I've seen from there look so yummy!

No idea if this is the right place to ask but don't no where else to ask :)
Wondering what the best character breakie would be for a little princess: aged 3 1/2 when we go as she has never been before ...????

I do breakfast! Breakfast is my thing!

My two favorites are Crystal Palace and 1900 Park Fare (at the Grand Floridian.) I wouldn't go to breakfast in the MK and then go to Epcot. I might do Park Fare if I had an early enough ADR.

However, when I'm going to Epcot early to ride stuff in Future World, I usually get breakfast in the hotel. Too much time and hassle driving around. The Cape May breakfast (at the Beach Club) is OK, but nothing special...although you do get to see the characters in their beach attire. :)

But, I still drive over to the front entrance (a quick drive from the Beach Club), because I don't want to risk entering from the International Gateway and having the folks up front beat us. I've never seen Gateway people beat front entrance people to the popular ride (right now, it is Soarin').

Epcot has a Princess Breakfast in Norway. It is the only WDW breakfast I haven't had! :)

If she likes Winnie the Pooh et al. then I would HIGHLY recommend the Crystal Palace!!!!! :)

In addition to having Pooh, it is a lovely restaurant and has really great food.

Wherever you go, the characters are familiar with small kids and handle them with kid gloves. They approach well and if the kids are scared, they get it and back off, while still giving them attention. :)

Thanks for the Doonald reviews . I planned on making an early ressie the riding the safari after getting a FP for dinasaur. Sounds like that will work well. Another AK ? How long does it take to walk from Donalds to Safari???
Breakfastsaurus is right next to Dinosaur. If you get an early enough ADR, you'll be at the back of the park right by that ride when it opens, and be able to jump right on.

I'd recommend having breakfast, riding Dinosaur, getting a FP for Expedition:Everest (which isn't too far from Dinoland), then going to Kilimanjaro Safaris (which is, unfortunately, on the other side of the park).

Second that!

If you aren't going to ride Everest, ride Dinosaur first, then head up to Kilimanjaro Safaris. :)

Have not had time to read all the posts on this thread, but we have had breakfast buffets at several spots in WDW, including the Animal Kingdom, the Castle, and even on a boat at Disney Downtown once upon a time; but the best by far for my money was Chef Mickey's.

Enjoy.

Not planning on riding Everest I don't do Roller coasters and for some reason the kids don't want to do EE.I like the idea of early ADR and then going to Safari We can work the far side first. Thanks   :cheer2: :cheer2: :moped:
