Hi everyone! I'm looking for recommendations on your favorite breakfast at any of the DLR hotels...we're looking to have a nice breakfast before heading back home!

We're a party of all adults, so character dining isn't super important, just looking for the best meal and wanted to extend being in the "Disney bubble" for a little longer since we won't have park admission that day.

Thanks in advance!!

Steakhouse 55 at DLH is great! Our #1 choice

We used to love Storyteller Cafe but it's under construction and moved to Napa Rose right now so I'm not sure how it is now. But when it's in it's regular location that is our #2.

I dislike the food at Goofy's Kitchen at DLH and we only did that for the character greetings in the past. It's buffet style and while it has a lot of choices- it's really greasy and heavy.

Never done PPH Surf's Up but it is a character breakfast also so maybe stay away from that.

If you happen to be leaving on a Sunday I would recommend the House of Blues Sunday Gospel Brunch. It's in Downtown Disney and not at one of the hotels, but it's so worth it. Great food and atmosphere and a gospel concert as well!

Whatever you choose...Enjoy!! :lovestruc

When are you going? Storytellers has temporarily relocated to Napa Rose. Try that for the uniqueness of having breakfast there.

Thanks MommyJKM! The breakfast menu at Steakhouse 55 definitely looks good!

SMD, we'll be there in 2 weeks! So I assume Storytellers will still be under construction. Great suggestion, would be so cool to have breakfast inside Napa Rose!

We are also fans of Storyteller's for breakfast. I'd love to have their menu inside Napa Rose! What a fun experience.

SH55. I'll be doing it on our Saturday in fact for Dapper Day weekend later this month.

We don't do big heavy breakfasts and find that the Breakfast Burrito at White Water Snacks is a delicious compromise.

La Brea Bakery Cafe . It is located at DTD before the entrance of bag check on the right side.

We did breakfast at Storytellers and Surf's up when we were there and loved both. The details and pictures of them are on my trip report now if you want an idea of food and stuff. It should be linked in my sig below

Catal is my favorite in DTD for breakfast if you don't wanna spend a fortune.

Surf's Up is our go to most of the time...and we are usually all adults as well.

La Brea Bakery Cafe used to be a favorite bit they have gone downhill and gotten more expensive over the past few years in my opinion.

Don't discount Goofy's Kitchen just cuz you are all adults. It is fun and they have a LOT of great food.

Steakhouse 55 is a GREAT suggestion as well.

Stoeytellers is also a good option but I always leave there with just a "meh".

Whitewater Snacks is a good quick and casual option. Never busy!

Now if Napa Rose did breakfast (outside of the refurb arrangement that is)...now that would be AMAZING!

Yet another vote for Steakhouse 55. Great food at a surprisingly reasonably cost, excellent service, and very relaxing and quiet atmosphere compared to most Disney restaurants.

I think I'm going to finally try storytellers this time. Probably in our last day, a non-park day
