Best BOG ADR strategy?

So we are booking soon, and when we are 6 months out, what is best way to try and get an ADR. We'll be staying for 10 days, so is it best to shoot for later in the trip? What exact time can you start trying at 6 months out? Midnight?

Any tips would be most appreciated!

I booked 180 days out! I booked it each day then when I complete my planning I will cancel some reservations. I booked at 6:00 am and got my reservations. I checked at 7:00 am and was all booked except for 830 pm! Popular place lol

You can start booking at 6am EST online, or 7am by phone.

So if we were arriving May 9, 2015, our 180 days out would be November 10th 2014? I just want to make sure I know the exact day I can start.

When its time book I suggest booking BOG first. I had my whole dining plan mapped out but I had to rearrange things because I couldn't get BOG until almost the last day of our trip. Rearranging things wasn't too difficult but I'm glad I didn't have to cancel and rebook all my other ADRs.

I booked 180 days out and started booking at BOG first. I originally wanted bog for out first night but wasn't able to get it. But I did manage to snag an ADR on our last night which I originally wanted CRT. So I just flip flopped the 2 castle meals and I am happy lol

We just did our ADR's on Friday morning and did BOG first. DH was on his computer and I was on mine. We each tried reservations for different days to make sure we got at least something. Thankfully it worked! Good luck!
