I am about to make my first reservation for Beach Club, next March. What do you recommend for location. The cast will be me, DW, DD 2 years and new D? 3 months. Going for 4 days and just want to hang out and do MK one day.

Best quiet location? Closest to SAB? What do you recommend?

For close to SAB and quiet, I would request an upper floor and near the elevator.

Have fun .. BCV is a wonderful place! :thumbsup2

I'd request just what you said...close to SAB (realizing that you still won't be next door) and a quiet location. Most CMs know where the quiet areas are so stating what you want is the best chance to get it.

We keep it simple: "Non-smoking, non-handicapped, quiet location." This usually gets us an upper-floor room facing the woodlands.

I just realized that we leave in three weeks, and the only thing I appear to have forgotten to do is request room location. What is the best way to go about doing this this late in the game?

Hi Fonzy13-just wanted to bump this because I too forgot to make room request for our split ressie b/t Vero Beach. I've already changed the mix of nights once which generated a 2nd confirmation letter after a 2nd phone call to MS. I know I am paying dues but so is everyone else and I want to be sensitive to the # on phone calls I make and the amount of work I cause CMs. My husband just rolls his eyes because he thinks if we paid THAT much for DVC what's the big deal with some phone calls?! I'm thinking about just using DVC online as opposed to a phone call for the requests to minimize. I do have a little more time that you though as my trip is in October. Good Luck!! Leslie

Hope you realize that BCV is not near SAB, the DVC pool is called 'Dunes Cove' and if you want to be near that, request a lower floor, pool view room.
