I'm Italian and I make the best lasagna in the world. I don't eat red meat, though, so none of that junk in there. Yuck! Lotsa cheese, though. I usually put provolone in with it, but I don't have any now, so no provolone cheese tonight. And I always put extra spices in the sauce.

I used to use ground chicken in my spaghetti sauce and my lasagna when I lived in NJ and PA. It's better than red meat and less fat than ground hamburger meat. But down here where everything is deep fried and all they don't have ground chicken. So I'm back to using ground meat, I do by the 93% though so it's less fat that way.

I use either cottage cheese or ricotta cheese to make my lasagna, I think once you season them they taste pretty much the same. It's hard to buy lasagna noodles down here though so haven't made lasagna much since we moved here.

Hey DW likes alot of stuff, and I had to go back without her and get her some stuff, then she had another coupon yesterday that we had to go and use.

Yes they close the store and have a private modeling and snacks and drinks for the men to buy their ladies things!!!!

Thanks Dan!!!! Here's an update on my employment situation........

I was getting out of my car today at a temp agency, they had called me for an interview with them (again) to see if I was a good fit for two jobs they had to fill. I answered my phone and it was the place I interviewed with the other day, the A/R position with real nice people but lower pay.They would start me at one rate, then after 30-60 days would get a 50 cents an hour raise and after 90 days I would get another 50 cents raise, so a dollar an hour more after 90 days. I liked the people a lot and think I"d like the job. Well it was the agency on the phone and they told me the place had offered me the job. Now this is the place that said she wouldn't be making a decison for few weeks. I had to be honest with the agency. I'd like to wait as I have another job which is offering me $3.00 an hour more, which is $120 more a week so that is a lot of money. Anyway I told her I'd like to wait until tomorrow as they told me I would know for sure one way or another before the end of tomorrow. She hesitated a minute and said well okay when will you let me know. I said by the end of the day tomorrow (Thursday). So she said well okay I'll put them off until then.

So, I know I have a job come Monday whether I hear from the newspaper or not. That is the one I want as it's the better paying job and it's just a tiny bit closer to home. I feel so much better, feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders. So now I just wait until tomorrow afternoon and see if the newspaper calls me to offer me the job or not. If not I'll take the other one.

We had an appointment at Babies R Us for baby training last night, they have sessions about every 2 weeks.
Last nights was suppose to be on crib safety, and the lady called and asked if we were coming yesterday and we said yes.

Well when we showed up, she said are you Candi and Dan, we say yes.

She starts to apoligize, I wonder what is going on and it turns out they cancelled the class because of the snow storm we had that was starting last night

Well us and another couple did show up, and since we showed up in the storm, which was only about a half an ince at the time last night, she gave us a huge bag full of free stuff.

We got a bunch of diapers, whipes, personal stuff for DW. 2 bottles, 4 packages of bottle inserts, about 6 things of belly stretchmarks stuff, 4 tubes of i think diaper rash cream, a CD of lulaby tunes for baby, 11 baby magazines.

There were a bunch of coupon books and free mail in things from other baby companies, and the other stuff I do not remember, but it was to heavy for DW to carry that is how much stuff was in there.

I told the lady that is she wanted to cancel the next class that would be okay, and she laughed at me. But then told us that when we go back on the 18th, she would combine the 2 classes and we would get what we missed last night.
