Thanks! Those are my two most colorful tats. I have one on my back that's a skull - its all black except for two bright green eyes. I love that one!

I guess it doesn't look that bad. But it used to look a lot better. I just hate that he had to cut right through my daughter's name. When the staples were in it, the g and h at the end of her name were completely cut off. Since I got them taken out, the letters have miraculously reappeared . I didn't know it until I took that picture. But they're not as bright as they used to be.

No, no discount. Luckilly, I have pretty good insurance that almost completely covers everything. It's a good thing, because the statements the hospital has sent me are up over $65,000.

I guess you had a bit of disney magic!

I think hospitals overcharge! It was $12,000 just for the 5 day stay I had in May. (Even though it's not as good as it used to be, I'm also VERY thankful for insurance!)

the one on your back sounds really cool i have yet to get a tattoo on my back...i like to be able to admire my artwork. But the DH wants me to get the lower back tattoo @ some point. He likes those for some reason

that's good that those letters came back in now that where the doc cut is all healed. see? you never would've known had you not of had to take tha tpicture to show us the coolness

I am the same way about wanting to admire my artwork...esp. since I haven't gotten one yet so I'd really want to admire it. Remember how we were trying to think of a place where it wouldn't be noticeable at work? Well the back of my neck would be cool---BUT then I wouldn't be able to see it.

I still want a lower back tattoo though...but haven't gotten one for the reasons y'all mention below....

yeah, imagine that! We call them "tramp stamps" here too...I just didn't know if the word "tramp" would show up on the DIS

well, if you do manage to get a picture of the whole thing do post...I'd love to see it I wish I had more tatts but I'm pretty picky about what I get. I'm sure if I had kids I'd have lots with their names in them too. Just gotta manage to have the kids first
