Hey Gang sorry no Update tonight!!!

We had a Disaster here this afternoon....Around 3PM a storm with High winds popped up & it blew so hard that the Huge window in front of the Computer somehow came loose....& the Monitor Blew up!!!

Fortunately No water got on the Puter!!!!...But the Monitor is Trash...I just got the New Monitor hooked up....

So I came Online to post this!!!!

I will get up an update tomorrow.....

Now I have to go to Bed!!!!

I would totally love for you to join in!! We'll have to do a little DIS meet or something when we both get back from our trips and we can set it up then. I have all the pictures of the mystery blocks that I did on my laptop @ home so I will have to post them later.

My Mom has like 4 she's working on right now and like 6 tops that are all pieced together just hanging in her closet in her sewing room. Since I just started I don't have a bunch of unfinished projects but I know I will soon for sure.

If I DID quilt I'd probably be the same way...considering I have unfinished crosstitching...

you should totally learn...quilting is fun!! You could always bring your unfinished crossstitches to GA.

It is a crazy lookin' lady holding up a sign that says "Drama Queen" It's SO HER! Another is for my cousin and it says "COUSINS - Make growing up more fun!" and I have a pic of us together at WDW when we were about 5 or 6 years old that I'm going to incorporate into it somehow.

you could totally quilt. It's not hard at all. I tried knitting and I was just TERRIBLE @ it. And I am loving quilting so far. It's sooo much easier than it looks. it's just time consuming

poor poor mike. it does take up a lot of time. i guess it's easier for me since my DH works at night so I do it then when I deprive myself from DISing. Plus I have my Mom working on it too when I go over to her house. I think it's really cool that it's a craft you can do WITH someone else. It just makes it that much more special
