Forgot to mention the wine... perfect complement! We’ve done this at the lounge, but I like your idea better. Watching the animals sounds great!

Can't forget the wine! They have some lovely S. African wines which too few people know about. And the animals are a bonus!

Beef carpaccio. Excellent! Also, if you're a salad fan, their take on a wedge salad (appropriately called The Wedge) is also quite good. However, their Blue Star Angus Carpaccio is the clear winner to me, especially when paired with a nice bubbly.
