Wow it's certainly been quiet around here this weekend........I feel so abandoned Those gals had the nerve to ditch us for WDW can you imagine??? LOL
I hope that all the MIA Angels are having an absolute blast!
Today is the final day to get Matthew packed for band camp. I got all his laundry done yesterday, today I need to get it all packed and run to the store to get him some water & some Gatorade. The bus leaves the high school at 9am tomorrow & he won't be back until next Sunday. Meg has gone to sleep-away camp before but Matthew never has......I hope I don't miss him too much. He would be soooo embarassed if he knew that his Mommy was worried about missing him Boys!

Original plans changed for today, so looks like I'll have an exciting day going to Walmart and doing some cleaning .... I have a friend coming to visit next weekend and I need to find the spare bed ..... I know it's under that massive pile of stuff somewhere !!!

Just finished watching "National Lampoon's Vacation" with Matt and I can't help thinking about the LK and SB families on their way South. Hope they don't have an Aunt Edna and brought her along!!!

Hi all Just went to the zoo for a while It was nice for a while and then it got a tad humid so I came on home.

Sandy, good luck trying to find the bed under that pile! I know I have a bed iek that too somewhere

Hello Remaining Angels.
I'm back from my weekend at the lake and since I'm leaving here Thursday for the NJ shore, I'm wondering if I should even unpack!

My oldest DS (24)was in a 10 car collision on Friday evening.
They were the 4th car back. His best friend was driving, and they each had a date in the car. Everyone is ok, thank God. DS has a huge bruise on his hip and a little soreness, his GF went to the chiropractor for some back pain. (Those two were in the back seat). The Police came and it took hours to get the road cleared.
Some were transported to local hospitals.

Will he let you kiss and hug him goodbye? Boys get funny at that age, but they DO grow out of it.
I'm real nervous about middle DS going off to France next month.
He won't be home until the end of January. I'm going to miss him tremendously.

Sandi - glad to hear that your son and gf were not injured too seriously .... must have been frightening for them though ...

I hang my head and must report that I made no progress on the bed today ... found better(?) things to do ...... when I was growing up and had a school project i always told my mom (whose name is Edna by the way, so I know lots of people that have an Aunt Edna ! ) that I worked better under pressure ... guess it still applies - I can picture myself doing it on Thursday night !

Is it Sunday night already ????????????????/

Sandi-I am so glad that your DS, his GF & the others are safe! That sounds like a horrible accident.
Your middle DS will have a great experience in France....and so will Mom when she goes to visit!
Matthew will let me hug & kiss him good bye while we are still at home but when we get to the school I'll have to just wave & smile.

Steph-Good to see you here even if it is just for a minute!!

Sandi, sounds like it was a terrible accident. Glad that they were okay. Were others hurt?

I'm having trouble staying on the internet. Hopefully, we have the problem worked out. I'll try to be around more tomorrow. I have actually managed to get some books moved into the new bookcases since I couldn't DIS. Maybe DH fixed it that way so I'd work harder?
