It was great being with many of you the past few days and talking to many others on the phones. A great time we had. Hope everyone is able to return to RC II and those who missed this year will be able to next year. A super time with super people!!!!!! Thanks for sharing.

Glad to see that everyone is making it home safely. Welcome back. It was quiet around here without all of you. Sounds like you had a lot of fun. I want to say another big thank you to Sandi for being my buddy and calling me. It was fun to chat and made me feel like I was almost there! Thank you to all that talked to me, too.

Melissa, hope you feel better soon. I'll keep fingers crossed for the job.

Hiya All,

Going to be a short post... I bet I sound like a right hypochondriac! I now believe I have tonsillitis as the pain is as bad as when I had it as a kid and there are the icky white spots at the back of my throat as further evidence (sorry to be so icky!!!)

Do you think I should go to the doctors? I read on the Net that it is contagious so I don't want to go spreading it around. It also requires antibiotics to be cured. I'm just worried that they will think I'm crazy when I show up for the third time in two months (last week because of my arm and two weeks before our holidays because of what I *then* thought was a throat infection (not quite as bad) but turned out to just be a cold!!

Hiya All,

Thought I would let you know that I will not be around at the start of the riddle.... after calling a 'hotline' number run by the NHS (National Health Service) and running through a list of questions with a nurse I was advised to *definitely* see a doctor today so I've got an appointment at 10.50 (5.50 to you I guess!)

Will pop back later and let you know how I get on... *sigh* I just wanna be well again.

LOL @ SB - I know you didn't mean I should get worse - but somehow I did

Hope you are all in much better health than me, and Diane, still thinking about you and hoping you have something more positive to tell us soon about your health too!!

Morning riddle buds! Gaspode, You get to the doctor!! It sounds like it could be strep, and that is nothing to mess with!

I actually feel a bit better. I had a better day yesterday. I still have a lot of difficulty breathing, but the muscles are feeling a bit stronger, and I can actually walk from room to room without stopping to rest! I told DH it was all the baseball games we went to this weekend that helped! Our seats are right behind home plate about 10 rows up, so we have to go down and up those steep stairs at least once a game. I have to do it in stages, and when I need to go up for anything (like bathroom), that is when we leave. Yesterday I made it to the top of the ninth inning!! I had another blood test Friday, so today I will find out if that looks any better. Keep your fingers crossed.

RC was definately a great time! Loved meeting new friends & re-aquainting with old ones! It was truly a wonderful meet!

Missed all the RA's & hope we can all get together at one time or another.

I thought we had decided that RCII was going to be at a pool in upstate NY Right Bernie?! I get dibs on the camper now!
