I haven't had an explosion yet! I use a roasting pan with sides & don't fill the can.

I guess I've been lucky, I tend to really challenge that Kitchen God. I still use an old fashioned pressure cooker!

Me too. There's probably nothing I haven't used the pressure cooker for at this point-pulled pork, roasts, corned beef & cabbage, stuffed peppers, chicken and dumplings, etc. Its a constant source of my favorite comfort foods.

I love making beer butt chicken. We do ours on the smoker instead of the grill. It takes a bit longer but is very delicious.


Started packing tonight. One more day of work then I'm off til Oct 5.
F&W here we come.

How about combining Good Times and Good Eats and have Alton Brown and Jimmie Walker cooking in a 70s housing project apartment and call it Good Times Eats. Dyn-o-mite.
