We are arriving early to our resort. If our room is not ready will bell services hold our carry on stuff from the plane until we return from the parks that day?

Yup.

Yes. We always seem to need to use it at both Disney and US.

Same on the way out. If you need to check out, but aren't actually leaving (say you're spending the day in the parks or DS), you can leave your stuff there as well.

Yes - and you can call them from your room and ask for delivery (at deluxe, anyway - not sure if all the resorts do that).
