Beignets???

Well, I've been missing beignets for a few years now so it sounds like I'm going for a boat ride!

I did have them at Cafe du Monde in NO - and they were to die for! They were nice & warm and perfect with my cafe au lait! While I'm sure these ones won't be quite the same, how can you go wrong with deep fried dough & icing sugar???
