Kroger Delivery Issues??

I'm currently on hold with Kroger customer service as I've been trying to place a grocery delivery order for tomorrow and keep getting an error message. The CS rep told me I'm getting the error because my billing address (in WA) doesn't match the delivery address (OKW)?!!
Is this something that regularly happens?? I feel like my disney stars are not aligned with all the problems I'm having with this upcoming trip!.

UPDATE: Have been told I can't place an order because billing address is out of state and I should "shop in person"!!! So all the time wasted making my order was pointless. I'm really disgusted and I can't believe that Kroger does this. Is this typical for people who try to order from out of state?? I don't seem to have trouble from Amazon, Walmart, or using instacart from out of state. ARGH!!

We use the web site for Orlando since we don't have any brick & mortar stores here in Florida.

There HAS to be a billing address and delivery address otherwise they are using the delivery address zip for the credit card and it will not approve. Likely the store does not have the ability to do this and few employees will understand. In person is different as you physically use the card.

You have to use the weblink. You can't use an app as there aren't any Kroger stores in Orlando/Kissimmee. We've ordered from them 3 or 4 times with no issue, and will do so again in November.

Ok, I must be a complete idiot or have the worst luck. Tried the link, had to make a new login. Spent an hour “shopping”, go to checkout and same error code. At this point, it sure what more I can do. I guess we’ll order from Amazon or Instacart from Publix. This was a bust and sadly, a waste of several hours. Thanks everyone for the help.

I've done at least a half dozen orders to the resorts through Kroger and never had an issue. I always order through the app as well.

What is the specific error. There is simply no way for my billing address to match my delivery address at WDW. We have ordered 6+ times since Kroger started delivering from their Distribution center. You are having a different error. Did you double check your SSR address is correct?

Use the address: Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, 1960 Broadway, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830. Include the first and last name of the lead guest in your order and have your resort confirmation number available.

I guess we’ll order from Amazon or Instacart from Publix. This was a bust and sadly, a waste of several hours.

That will work since thousands of guests use both of those methods. Are you choosing Amazon Fresh vs just Amazon?

The error I would get would say unable to process your order and to call customer service. Did that twice yesterday and that’s when I was given the info about billing address and delivery not matching and that I couldn’t order because I was out of state. I did kind of go off and asked why so many people ordering for delivery to WDW and out of state could order delivery. She then told me some nonsense about it being a security measure!!

I did put in the address for OKW and gave the address in our reservation. Wonder if I shouldn’t have put my Kroger rewards number in. I even used an alternate email to set a new account up.

I ended up placing an Instacart order at Publix since there were specific dietary needs and both Walmart and Amazon were ndicatednyhat the specific food items would have to be delivered on Tuesday. Really wish I could’ve gotten Kroger to work out since it was about $100 more to order from Publix.
