We are planning a trip to the Fort the first to weeks in September. We love the fort but its been over 3 years since we've been there. Not sure if we'll have the new-to-us RV or if we'll still be in the Pop-up. We are planning for Military Tickets (4 day PH with Waterpark & more option),since my dad is retired AF and hoping for the first Halloween party of the year. Anyone ever spent 10 nights camping at FW and if so do you think I can keep my 14 year old son busy with the options I have choosen? Any advise for this kind of trip will be appreciated, we've never stayed more than 4 or 5 nights.

We've done it with 2 teen boys. My advice is to take the x-box or whatever it is that keeps them happy. They won't have much time to spend on it, but at least they'll be occupied when y'all need some down time. :goodvibes

Most of our trips are for 10 nights, but we don't have teenagers now. We tend to spend most of our time in the parks. There is a nice *new* pool that most teens could spend quite a bit of time in. It will still be very hot that time of year.

Thanks for the responses. I'm sure the 3DS and the Sega flashback will make the trip, the boy don't go to the grocery store without atleast one of them. LOL! The arcade would be on his money for sure as I'm paying for the rest of the trip including my parents. I know this sounds crazy but due to where we live my son has only ridden a bike 2 times in his life. I didn't get to the pool last time we were at FW so I wasn't sure if it would be as entertaining as the other resorts we've stayed at. I did see that they've added a slide to the pool, and we will be able to go to the waterparks. So here's crossing my fingers that everything works out.
