Beginning Atkins family

DH, DD, and myself are starting the Atkins life change on Monday. I am determinded to feel comfortable in the ride seats at WDW. If I understand this right, people here are suggesting we weigh on Monday morning and then not weigh again for 2 weeks, right? Also, I am such a picky eater, I am going to try some of these recipes though. Thanks

Just weigh in when you want to..just don't become obsessed with the scale.

There is a great low carb cook book we use...How to eat yourself thin like I did by a Nancy Mosely. She also used the atkins eating plan. Every recipe we tried is wonderful..and not so involved like most of them you find. Easy and delicious...that is for me.

Hubby and I are approaching the 30 pound loss mark each with less than two months on the atkins eating plan. (we started mid june...but had a couple off weeks with daughter home on leave)

I agree, weigh when you want. I weigh almost daily because it helps to keep me motivated. There are some who only weigh on scheduled days. Do whatever works for you.
