Before or after Thanksgiving

My husband and I will be spending (US) Thanksgiving with my folks in Florida and we are planning to fit in a trip to Disney either before or after visiting my parents. Can I get your feedback on when the parks will be less crowded.

If we go before, we will fly to Florida either Friday or Saturday before Thanksgiving and stay four or five nights at Disney.
If we go after, we will head to Disney either the Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving and stay four or five nights.

For less crowds, I would arrive the Saturday after Thanksgiving and stay the 5 days from there. The Saturday-Sunday will be fairly crowded, but it will tail off much after that.

Definitely want to avoid the weekend before/week of Thanksgiving to avoid peak crowds. Crowds will start to thin out Saturday/Sunday after Thanksgiving as this is the week I've gone several times and have never had a huge issue with crowds. Of course, there's really never any not busy time at WDW these days!

I go most every year after Thanksgiving. Great time to go. Plus, a few things not operating before, like Candlelight Processional at Epcot, start after.
