I can't believe the difference....you see, day to day I can not see it so much , but when I put these two pics side to side, I can.
The before: Last year at this time:

The after ( taken just last sunday with Snoopy ) and 30 lbs lighter.

It's so hard to see it in ourselves but those pictures do wonders!!! It makes me want to find my most awful fat picture to really show the difference! YOU LOOK GREAT and so healthy!!! I wish I had that curly hair!!

Karen, I was never gone, but I think I got to a point where my body says, ok , now we have to start really working out to tone up. Honestly for my height , I'm not far from where I should be, the ideal weight for me is 175-180 lbs, so I am between 13-18 lbs from that. I'm simply not in a rush to loose those, I will keep working at it and I'm sure they will come down , but I honestly have to concentrate on those ABS, that's where my problem is. Only if I could motivate myself to work out a little bit more!

I thought you had lost a bunch of weight, Olga! You are such a beautiful person (I'd kill for that hair and those lips!) and I'm so proud of your weight loss!

(Of course that last batch of pics made me realize I need to hustle over to WISH myself! I managed to lose 15 pounds on WW this winter, and put it ALL back on! )

You guys are making me cry, but these are tears of joy, someone is noticing!! I just don't see it so much on a day to day basis, but I did big time between these two pics!
Snoopy you look wonderful to me , but if you want to loose a few more pounds, by all means do what you think is right for you.
Oh , and the curly hair....that's mine natural!! I don't have any perms or anything like that, my hair used to be straight prior to having kids, after having kids everything changed, including my hair, LOL!
