Beer in Epcot

I know this isn't really dining but I couldn't find another place that it really fit.

I think my dh would enjoy getting a couple of beers at Epcot from various countries. Can anyone give me an idea of how much a beer would cost? Also would the carts where they sell it take a Disney gift card? I thought it might make a nice surprise to give him the gift card the morning before we go to epcot when we give the kids their gift cards for spending money for the day.

I think around $6-$9 depending on the beer. It was about $30 a country last year for 3 of us doing the drinking around the world.

Most are. It's easy to tell the few that don't as the card reading equipment is fairly obvious.

The best beers are in Germany, UK and Canada. Nothing spectacular at any of those, but something a bit better than U.S. macrobrews.

I dont think I have hit every place in Epcot that serves alcohol, not for lack of trying though but I havent hit a spot yet that I wasnt able to use my gift card on. Although I have heard other people mention they had trouble in some spots.

Wow great websites guys (and gals). As a person who enjoys to have a drink (or 4) in the park these sites have some great info. Especially when you're pay in upwards of $6.50 a drink. Want to make sure you know what you're getting into...
