Last Christmas one of my students gave me a loaf of homemade Beer bread. She wouldn't part with the recipe. Anyone have a tried and true winner recipe?

i wanted to know earlier if there was a recipe for the tastefully simple beer bread but it turned out that you have to buy the mix. the bread was so good. i recommend buying the mix, but i don't know of any retailers out there. Does anyone here know where to order it? hope this helps.

Yep tastefuuly simple is the best!! There is so much you can do with it and it is so simple for no cooks like. My best friend sells it if you need help pm me.

I, too just made a Tastefully Simple beer bread. I think you can order from them from their website.

you can find a consultant from TS website and you can also order lots of their products from site.

I love Beer Bread. The recipe for it is so easy. 3 cups of self-rising flour, 1 T. sugar and a can of beer. Bake for an hour at 350.

But, the tastefully simple beer bread is SO much better than anything I can make. I just made it tonight. It is so much sweeter and yummy. Even though it is $5 a box, I've decided that it's worth it.

I can not figure out what the tastefully simple beer bread has that what I make doesn't. It also mixes up better and it's just better.

I love ts's beer bread. I bought 2 boxes and made them within a week of when I bought them. I have to contact my seller for more.

Another vote for the Tastefully Simple Beer Bread! It's sooo good! And it couldn't be easier - add butter, beer, and bake. I was at a party this weekend and the consultant was also sampling a new wheat beer bread which was also very good.

I made these mixes a couple of years ago for the guys my DH worked with. I put the ingredients in a holiday bag, included a bottle of Sierra Nevada Celebration beer (has an Xmas label), put these two into a foil loaf pan, then put the clear basket wrap stuff around the entire thing, and used my scrapbooking supplies to make the recipe/directions on the gift tag.

The bread was pretty good, I made a couple of test loaves before I gave the mixes away.
