Oh I totally loved the two reports! First Lauren is so beautiful and what a score on a great price for such a stunning dress
Glad she had a great FGIT. Too bad it was raining but I see her hair survived swimming(love the tiara on with the lifejacket...a true princess, never without her crown!) so I 'm guessing it would survive the rain. WE have done BBB because, sadly the 9 yr old thinks she's too old (she did it when she was 6) and the 4 almost 5 yr old hates things in her hair and complains her head hurts when I pull it for a pony so I'm not spending money for her to tell me after 5 min she wants to take it outI wish she would do it though, we got such great photopass pics after at the "studio" in DD. She also loved all the comments she got.
Second, LOVE Luke's comments, especially the "run you cripple run!" That totally cracked me upI haven't been on the backlot tour for a few years, sad there's no CM up front anymore. Great job Tim on the report! Great pictures too! Sorry your knee is so sore.

I soo wish I had a little girl at times to be able to do all the lovely Girly things like BBB!!! Lauren looked like a doll - just gorgeous!

What ashame about all the rain tho! You didn't seem to let it spoil either of your days tho which is the best way to be!

Hi Lesley! Great Report.
I started yesterday morning and read all of your updates...I was even late to work. I couldn't stop reading.
First of all, I can't believe how your kids have grown. Wow...especially Lauren. It happens way too fast; my DS just turned 15 and he is several inches taller than me. It seems like just yesterday he was Luke's age. You definately have the right idea when you say they grow up and out of phases so quickly...enjoy them every minute!

OK...18 days!!!! I can only dream of that! Plus let's add on top of that AKL and SSR and dluxddp! Not doing the commando thing but sleeping in and taking it easy. Girl...you must be living right! What fun and what wonderful memories for your family.

Earlier on while still at AKL you mentioned 6 DDP credits missing. What happened there? You probably addressed it but I didn't read all the comments or I would have never caught up. Just curious. Would you recommend the DeluxDDP or is it just too much? I love the idea of being able to do the shows and signature restaurants. I certainly don't need that much food though...my DH would LOVE it! Food is definately his love language. My DS would love it too! We went from a kid that was super picky to one that eats everything...all the time and is still hungry.

Lauren made a beautiful Cinderella. Love her dress. We did BB 2 years ago and it happened to be a rainy day, too. I really hated it for my DD.

Tell Luke I love his t-shirt design...very clever!

When are your dates in Oct? My family will be in WDW 10/24-11/1.

You have a beautiful family and I have enjoyed reading your WDW adventure. Keep up the good work! I am looking forward to more.

Gotta love Push. We interacted with it a few years ago, when DS was 4. He had a blast. I do love the people taking pictures of a trash can tho. I was going to let you in on the secret too, but apparently someone's or two have beaten me to it, so I'll stay mum.

Love the fact that Tim picks on the characters. One of my favorite pastimes. Only way to get some of them to interact with the kids, is if you get the parents to start first.

I do think that she could play the part of Ariel better than the one you saw before.

One a different note, our "home" resort is SSR. We love it. We don't stay in a studio tho, way too many of us. We stayed in the building across from yours a few years ago. It was a grand gathering so we got the 3 bedroom villa. A lot of space and was just right. 12 people were in there and didn't get into each other's way.

Now, I'm ready for the manly version of the day!!!!

Push was awesome. Oh yes, Tim definitely enjoys interacting with the characters. A 3 bedroom villa wold be heavenly! Hope you enjoyed the "manly version ; )

It rained the last time we did BBB too! We came out of the castle, and it was an all-day downpour. My husband says, "We just spent $100 on the girls' hair!" Usually I am the one to freak out, but because of all the money we just spent he was the worried one. It actually ended up to be a good thing because there is so much goop in their hair after BBB, it didn't move all day. Both of our girl's hair looked almost as good even the next day. Oh well...what are you gonna do? Good times!

Lesley, do you know if the girl who was putting the
lipgloss on lauren at BBB name was Angela?? I used
to go in the diz chat room quite a bit and met angie
there. She used to be a character but switched to
BBB. I have seen her picture a few times and it really
looks like her. She does community theater besides
working for diz and she has the most beautiful voice.

I don't know, it may have been, she was super super sweet!

Luke is just as handsome as Prince Charming! He could take his job away from him someday. We had that same Prince Charming this year - he was very "charming." And Lauren's definitely as beautiful as any of the princesses.

We saw the "teddy bear" lady a few years ago. I don't know her story, but she actually gave the girls each a teddy bear. It was kind of weird but sweet. I'll wait to hear more about her from your TR.

Glad the rain didn't ruin your day and didn't ruin Lauren's hairdo. Too cute that she's swimming in her tiara and parading around in just her sash!

So sad about the rain, and from a person that love, love, loves pictures I can't imagine how crushed you felt about the photopass pics.
When Morgan turned 5, we had a princess tea party for her birthday. Her little friends came dressed up, she had a disney princess tea set, the whole deal. I took lots of pics. Only to find out at the end there was no film in the camera. I literally cried! That was almost 7 years ago, I bought a digital camera not long after that.

Lauren looked just gorgeous! Looks like you still had a wonderful day. We've missed our reservations at Park Fare on 2 different trips, I'd still like to try it one day.

Looked like lots of fun even in the rain! I can't believe how smooth and straight they got Lauren's curly hair! I love the curls, but she was so pretty like that too. I think BBB is such a wonderful experience for little girls. So magical! That really stinks about the pictures though. I've been there and that is gut wrenching! At least you took some of your own. Can't wait for the boys installment!

Regaring the bear lady - funny story for you => EB and I were on a Disney Cruise once and were seated with someone for breakfast (this is how table service for breakfast and lunch work). It was a gentleman and woman. In the seat next to the woman was a giant stuffed unicorn. She treated this unicorn as practically human the entire meal. Very very strange.
