Hi,
We have been here for two days now and have had great success with arriving not quite at rope drop, shortly after, and using our fast passes. We arrived at Animal Kingdom shortly after rope drop, had to rent a locker, then walked onto the safari ride, rode expedition Everest 3 times in a row, and dinosaur twice. The longest we waited was 20 minutes for dinosaur without a fast pass. Then went to Epcot and used fast passes for Soarin and Mission Space, and waited about 35 minutes for Test Track.
On the 2nd day, we went to Hollywood Studios shortly after rope drop and signed up for Jedi Training. We got a later show than expected and had to switch our fast passes from afternoon times at Magic Kingdom to Hollywood Studios. I was able to flip flop all of our fast passes from one park on Tuesday to Wednesday and vice versa. We also rode Star Tour 3 times without fast passes, maybe a 5 minute wait and Tower of. Terror, once with a fast pass and then again with about maybe a 15 minute wait.
Tomorrow we are off to Magic a Kingdom, hope all goes well!!
