Bee Stings- VENT! And a Question

I was mowing my lawn tonight, and near one of my gates I have this rose bush. The thing is ugly, overgrown, and just a PITA. It doesn't help that that gate does not fit properly and is so tight it is darn near impossible to close. I noticed it wasn't fully shut so after I was done I was wrestling with it for a good 5 minutes trying to shut it. I finally got it shut when I felt this sudden pain in my leg!

I was stung not once, but 3 times! The one on my leg was the worst, but I also have one on my other leg and arm because the little idiots got into my shirt and shorts. I ended up going to the ER because my throat was starting to tighten up. To make matters worse, I am severely allergic to topical Benadryl which is what they normally give. Thankfully they were able to give me something to stop the reaction, but needless to say it has been a bad night.

That rose bush's days are numbered. I just need to find somebody who can take it out for a reasonable price.

This is the first time I've ever been stung, so I'm wondering how long the pain lasts? It happened at about 8:45 my time, so as of the time I am writing this it is over 7 hours since it happened. I still have this shooting pain, particularly the first sting which was the largest. I can barely put any weight at all on that leg and the pain literally had me in tears. They gave me some stuff for it, but that has just barely taken the edge off. I am putting ice packs on the two most painful ones and that seems to help, but once I take them off I'm back to square one. I'm worried because I work at Worlds of Fun tomorrow which requires me to be on my feet all day. It's going to be miserable if it still hurts this much tomorrow.

I've only been stung once.....in chin of all places lol..............intense pain lasted a day, dull pain/soreness lasted about 3-5
