I took the sheets off (left on floor) and put a small pen mark on the sheets to see if they were the same or not. When I got back and checked they were the same sheetsI was so upset, called housekeeping and had them bring clean bed sheets. After another two days the sheets still weren't changed so I called housekeeping and asked again for clean sheets. I also would remove the bedspread and leave in a corner but housekeeping always put them back on the bed

What can I do to insure that the bed spread is not put on the bed? How often do you get clean bedsheets? What about the other blanket under the bedspread, is that clean?

Uh... It's standard practice to only change the sheets between guests, not everyday! If you have an long stay, they may change them once or twice a week, but no more than that.
