Bed rail?

We're staying at the BCV and VWL next week with a 2 yr. old. He's sleeping in a big boy bed, but has side rails... Does anyone know if either of these resorts have bed rails on request?

I have a son with special needs so I have to get 3 sets, they have had them at every resort we have stayed at. Don't wait till bedtime to call housekeeping, it could take a bit to bring them to you.
