How exciting!! Ive got 6 days left at work! 2 of my friends at work wished me a happy wedding day today as I wont see them again now until Im back at work after the wedding! Its really starting to hit home now!!

Because I promised this earlier, and forgot to deliver here are some pics of the gifts for the groomsmen;

For the Best Man (DF and the other 2 groomsmen both already have this with their nick names on them, so DF wanted the bestman to match too) It's an RM Williams Belt

And the groomsmen both got hip flasks with their names on it;

The flash has picked up a whole heap of tiny scratches etc. but you can't see them when looking at the flask.

Just an hour left of work

My colleagues gave me a card with a few scratchies and a $250 gift card, which was really nice, because I was expecting maybe cake, but nothing else. So it was a nice surprise

I think we're all set to go. I got eyelash extensions this morning, and I'm not that happy with them - as a person who never wears makeup they're way too much. So now im trying to work out the best way to get rid of them!!

To top it all off, my throat is really sore, I've got a Dr. Appointment this arvo so hopefully they can fix it, then 9am tomorrow morning we fly out... It's so surreal, it can't be my turn!

I hope your throat feels better and you must be so excited!! I used to feel the same way about fake eyelashes until I saw myself in pictures with them on. They make a huge difference. I think before you figure out how to take them off take a few pictures with them on. Take some close and far away and also consider putting on some eyeliner in the pics too. You can do it in private so you won't feel like you look ridiculous but you may like how the pics look.

Hope your throat feels better! don't worry about the lash extensions...trust me they are worth it...and I don't wear a lot of make up either!

We're in LA, and staying at the Crowne Plaza LAX. It's not bad, a little run down, but nice enough.

I'm trying to get my phone to work correctly, I've got an Iphone, so don't get me started on how difficult they make this for us foreigners!! I bought a new sim card and that all works fine, but can't get the data to work. I'll keep at it though, I'd just really like to see my apps working. (Does anyone know how to tether the H2O network?)

I'm still sick but hopefully it will start to get better soon. I'm on a course of antibiotics, so if it's bacterial it should clear up, if it's viral they wont fix it, but fingers crossed it will be over and done with in the next week.

We're flying on to Orlando at 10:20am in the morning, but looks like there's a bit of bad weather between here and there, so here's hoping nothing gets cancelled or delayed!

Yay! you are in America! I am sorry that you are not feeling well yet, you are just going to have to take it easy for the next week to make sure that you are well for the big day.

Please let me know how it goes for the iPhone because I am going to have the same problems that you do when we go in September. I really want to get data working.
