Beaver tails?

What are they? I missed them on my last trip ...

and now I keep reading about them as one of better desserts at Epcot.

They are delicious fried pastry treats with different toppings.

They are at a booth at the Canada pavilion. I had the strawberries and whipped cream. Delicious. Some had the maple syrup and loved them.

Oh! I thought they were a pastry that Disney made up :rolleyes:
