Has anyone used them? I booked with them months back and haven't heard anything since. Is this normal? I have sent a couple of emails but as yet no reply No money has changed hands but I'm just worried that I will end up doing my own hair & make-up on my wedding day

Do you have their telephone number? maybe you should call? Did you ever get a confirmation back saying they would do it in the beginning? Or have you not heard anything from them ever? If you cannot call I would start emailing other people (lisa pena - lisasmagicalweddings.com or beauty speciale and see if they are available).

I just reread your post. You did say you booked them. I booked a lot of my vendors in the beginning and didnt hear anything back until a week or two ago (when I had to e-mail them myself for confirmation of them still participating). You might try to get a confirmation from your vendors to make sure (The advice others gave me rang pretty true- that these people are professionals with a reputation... they wont stand you up).

I had confirmation and even the time that she will be coming along with the price. Just seems a bit strange. Will call this evening.
Think the nerves are starting to kick in!!
