Thanks for updating this thread! It reminded me to go to the app this morning. I was able to get the wristlet and the letter carrier before it sold out. So glad I got the discount. With the app discount, my AP discount, free shipping, and no tax, I was able to save over $80.

I don't love not being able to pick placement, but on the letter carrier, it is large enough for me to get some decent placement regardless. The wristlet is a bigger risk, but I have been wanting a wristlet for a long time now and there are quite a few Disney Dooneys that I can never find at the parks. I looked all over the parks in July for the patriotic pattern but since they were only sold on the app, I never bought one. I would have bought one if I could have chosen the pattern. With the Beauty and the Beast pattern being so popular, I decided not to risk it to wait and see if they are still available in September when we are next in the parks.

I ran into an interesting situation yesterday. I called the Shop Parks App to try and get the bag expedited shipping. I had to leave a message for them and a nice cast member called me back late yesterday afternoon. She explained that they couldn't change any of the App order..which is understandable too some degree.

The weirder thing she said was that the order had not been processed. She explained that none of the Dooney bags had been processed yet, as they would be sending out emails "to a few buyers due to no availability after purchase". Has anyone gotten an email? Has anyone seen theirs process and gotten shipping information?

I ordered the Tote on Monday morning, but haven't had the payment fully process in my account yet either.

I got my shipping confirmation this morning for my letter carrier and the wristlet. I actually signed up for text confirmation of package arrival. Never done that before. But this is an important purchase.

I am curious as to whether they will make more of these and when they might be released.

I'm probably too late, but I wanted to add that I ordered my letter carrier at 5 am on Monday and received an email Wednesday informing me that it had shipped. Felt like a long wait because I was sure that lots of people ordered it.

I was wondering about this, also. I got the Beauty and the Beast letter carrier, the B and the B wristlet, and the Alice crossbody. Very excited about them, but wondering if they are worth to me what they are selling for on Ebay.


I did not think they were considered to be limited editions, but I haven't seen anything about that. Anyone know?

I also wanted to pick my pattern with Beauty and the Beast, but I am glad I went ahead and ordered when I did. I also love that, since I'm in Georgia, there is no tax when I order on the app. That saves a bundle with these expensive bags.

And soon the Dumbo ones will be released.

Thanks! I actually got my wristlet last night. This bag release has been interesting. They are sold out, then not. Sold out, then not. Sold out again, then not. I saw various bags in this pattern out of stock then back in stock several times yesterday. Odd how they are doing that. Do they not know how many they have?
