Am I remembering right that you can't make an ADR for B&C?

Also, how far a walk is it from B&C over to the BWI?

Yes-you're correct. There are no ADR's accepted for Beaches and Cream.

It's not a far walk at all from BWI-5 min. maybe?

Have fun! :goodvibes

It's not a long walk at all...it's a nice one too. I love the Boardwalk/Beach Club/Yacht Club area.

And you are correct, you cannot make ADRs for Beaches and Cream. If you don't mind sitting at the soda counter, they can usually get you in pretty quickly.

Kind of off the topic, but can you see the fireworks at Epcot fairly well from along the boardwalk?

The other posters were right on. Really nice walk and a short one. And the point about no ADR'S is right too. We stayed at the BWV last year and we could only see the fireworks that were up high but it was still pretty neat. Wouldn't purposly go there for that reason though.

Just wanted to add to allow yourself plenty of time. We had to try twice in mid December to get in. First time we arrive just before two and they had a wait of about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Next time we went at about 4ish and got in after about 50minutes.

Any idea about the best time to try? First thing when they open? How about 3:00 - that's to late for lunch, to early for dinner.

When have you had a shorter wait?

TIA!

EXACTLY when they open.

We stayed at BCV last summer.
We got to B&C when they opened & could be seated right away.
We decided to go back to SAB & swim for another 1/2 hour.
Went back 1/2 hour later & now the place was full with a 30 min. wait.

We put our name on the list & went back to swim!

How big of a restaurant is it? Has anyone been there later in the evening say like between 7PM and 9PM - we'd be going in December. I'm sure the answer would vary since it's probably busier in the warmest months? Do you know how late they are open? Is it just one big room with tables and then a counter area? I'm thinking about having a group gather there informally but from the posts I'm seeing here it doesn't seem like that would work :confused3. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks,

It's not that big...it's got about 6 booths (3 on each side maybe?) & some tables (4 maybe?) in between the booths. There is also a little counter space.

Thanks all I guess that scraps that idea. Shame menu looks great for ice cream but I think we'll just have too many people.
