Beaches & Cream with dairy allergy?

Ok, it may seem insane to want to go there when my DD has a dairy allergy, but can you get sorbet? I think our family would have a great time, as long as DD could get sorbet with rainbow sprinkles. Anyone out there with a similar experience?

I would call and ask. Disney is great at accomodating dietary problems and allergies. If sorbet is available on property, they can probably have it for you there.
