Got a chance for a place that is $2500 a year lot rent at Myrtle Beach. The current owner wants to sell the SW mobile home that is on the lot for $3000 so I would own the house that is there an I take over lot rent payments. Kicker is the house has to be upgraded within the next year not sure on what year ext has to go there within the year. I know the lady her husbands passed away and she just wants some of what they put into it. Ok I buy the mobile home for 3K, pay lot rent for 1 year at $2500 an then have to upgrade to a newer mobile home say $10,000 or $15,000 for a new SWMH.
Would this be a good deal? What questions should I ask the property owner ect? thanks
